根据英语语言文学学科的特点，结合新《国标》和内蒙古科技大学人才培养目标及地方区域对英语人才的需求，通过细化过程性评价内容、丰富过程性评价形式和增加过程性评价渠道，旨在提高学生的语言综合应用能力和人文基础、激发学生学习动机和学习兴趣、增加学生学习责任感和自主学习能力，从而更好地培养出语言基本功扎实、创新能力强的高素质英语人才
