与英语本族语者的文字和视频互动对EFL学习者听力的影响

Abstract
在国际化网络协作学习（COIL）中，两组大一学生分别使用微信文字群聊和ZOOM视频云会议与美国同学用英语交流，共同完成八周的既定学习任务。实验前后所有中方学生均参加了英语听力标准化测试。研究发现使用微信文字聊天的一组学生听力能力有显著性提高。在视频通话中，信息接收以听为主，认知负荷理论中的瞬时信息效应凸显，信息呈现后稍纵即逝，工作记忆尚未有效处理，导致外部认知负荷增加，从而降低学习效果。而文字沟通使得学习者可以在反复阅读文字的同时完成句子音形意的匹配，减轻了外部认知负荷，从而提升听力能力。
