Abstract
本研究的焦点是国际化工程教育的外语人才培养计划中的学术英语核心素养的培养模式。研究采取了“基于实践（practice-based）-问题驱动（problem-driven）-政策指向（policy-oriented）”三位一体的教育语言学超学科研究范式。首先，构建了基于校本化特色课程的学术英语核心素养培养模型。然后，通过课程设计-实施-反思-调整的行动研究，收集和整理有效数据，发现和解决教学问题。最后，动态评估的结果发现学习者的语言能力、文化能力、思维能力、学习能力、研究能力和人文、道德、信息等综合素养都有显著的发展。本研究为改进国际化工程人才外语能力培养模式和评价体系提供了具体方案。
