Introduction

The three major domestic airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines, have taken delivery of the first domestic ARJ21 regional jet at the same time, reflects the official entry of ARJ21 into the international mainstream airline fleet, marking a big milestone for the ARJ21's commercial operation and ushering in a brand new era -- a new era of rapid growth in the supply of regional jets in China's civil aviation. With the strategic benefit, China's regional aviation ushered in a new strategic opportunity period of high-speed development. The epidemic has dealt an unprecedented blow to the aviation industry, but it has brought a rare window period of high-quality development for domestic regional aviation and domestic civil aircraft.

In 2021, Comac plans to deliver 100 ARJ21 aircrafts. ARJ21 will soon become the second largest grade aircraft fleet in China's civil aviation passenger aircraft market after B737 and A320. At the same time, C919 will also be formally put into operation. The training work of domestic civil aircraft is gradually increasing, so the exploration of the talent training mode of domestic civil aircraft and the excavation of the training demand of domestic civil aircraft will become the new focus of China's civil aviation market.
