Introduction
The 2021 IEEE Texas Symposium WMCS will take place as a virtual conference. The conference will take place on May 18-20, 2021. The conference will be free for everyone except the authors of accepted papers. At least one author must register for each accepted paper that goes to IEEE Xplore. More details about the registration will be coming soon.
