2021 IEEE Symposium on Radiation Measurements and Applications (SORMA West)

We at SORMA West 2021 hope that all of you are safe and healthy and have found ways to carry on with science and technology R&D in this year like no other.

We are planning a best-practices virtual event, including poster presentations, exhibits, and opportunities for interaction, for a few hours each day across the last two weeks of May 2021.  Expect a Call for Abstracts early in the new year.

As was planned for SORMA West 2020 before the pandemic forced its cancellation, SORMA West 2021 will focus on radiation detection for homeland and national security applications.  Submissions that address new concepts and technologies are particularly encouraged.  More information on the topic areas can be found at http://sormawest.org/topic-areas/
