Introduction

The Organizing Committee of ECTI-CON2021 invites all interested professionals and academics in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, computer, telecommunications and information technology to submit extended digests, prepared using one side of letter-size paper, no longer than four 4 pages, single column, double-spaced, that summarized the proposed papers.
