Introduction

The upcoming IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics – Taiwan, 2021 will be held from June 16-18 at National Penghu University of Science and Technology in Penghu City. As a grand venue for scholars and professional persons all around the world, ICCE-Taiwan aims to initiate profound discussions on research and discovery in electronics and relevant professional field. After the successful ICCE-Taiwan in 2014 to 2020, we sincerely hope that the 8th ICCE-Taiwan could continue its success. Furthermore, our vision is to set ICCE-Taiwan as a milestone in Consumer Electronic field and become a historic and dominant conference year by year with strong and resourceful support from the IEEE Consumer Technology Society.
