Introduction

The 5th International Conference on Sensing, Diagnostics, Prognostics, and Control (SDPC 2021) will be held in Weihai, China, on August 13-15, 2021. SDPC 2021 will be held together by Harbin Institute of Technology at Weihai, IEEE Beijing Section, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Chongqing Technology and Business University, International Society of Measurement, Management, and Maintenance, and CJA (Elsevier). The conference will offer opportunities to bring the experts from both academia and industries together to attain synergetic exchanges of ideas and practices.
