2021 IEEE International Conference on Electronic Technology, Communication and Information (ICETCI)

We solicit original, unpublished research papers on Electronic technology, Communication and Information for modelling, programming, communicating, and reasoning, which are easier to learn, use or understand by humans than the current state-of-the-art. Papers should focus on efforts to design, formalize, implement, or evaluate those technologies and languages. This includes tools and visual languages intended for general audiences (e.g., professional or novice programmers, or the public) or domain-specific audiences (e.g., people working in business administration, production environments, healthcare, urban design or scientific domains).
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

② Formation and control of electron and ion fluxes
③ Formation of electromagnetic fields with resonators, resonator systems, slow-wave circuits, and power input and output devices
④ Electronoluminescence, or cathodoluminescence
⑤ Physics and technology of high vacuums
⑥ Thermal processes
⑦ Surface phenomena associated with the formation of films on electrodes and insulators and of irregularities on electrode surfaces
⑧ Surface-treatment technology
⑨ Gas media
