Introduction
2023 The 15th International Conference on Computer Research and Development (ICCRD) will be held in Hangzhou, China from January 10-12, 2023. ICCRD aims to build an ideal academic platform for the purpose of encouraging researcher participating in this event. ICCRD 2023 is supported by Peking University, Southern University of Science and Technology, City University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, GEC Academy, etc. The full papers to be presented will be peer-reviewed by international experts.
