Introduction

Welcome to WOCC 2022！ The 31th Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC 2022) is an IEEE international conference. For three decades, WOCC has served as a platform for researchers and professionals from academia, industry, and government to exchange their new findings and the latest developments in research areas ranging from wireless and optical communications, networking to big data.

We have been closely monintoring the covid situations in Shenzhen. As of 2022/7/30, we have been informed that the conference can be held at the conference hotel as planned. If there are any changes, we will send emails to all registered authors.
