Scope:Since 1954, the Kleinheubach Conference (“Kleinheubacher Tagung”) is the annual scientific conference held in parallel to the meeting of the U.R.S.I. member committee in Germany. Initially the conference took place in the Kleinheubach castle (nearby Miltenberg, Bavaria), since 2002 it has been held in the ancient city hall of Miltenberg. The scientific program comprises of all of the U.R.S.I. areas, that is, Electromagnetic Metrology, Fields and Waves, Radio Communication Systems and Signal Processing, Electronics and Photonics, Electromagnetic Environment and Interference, Wave Propagation and Remote Sensing, Ionospheric Radio and Propagation, Waves in Plasmas, Radio Astronomy, and Electromagnetics in Biology and Medicine. The 2021 Kleinheubach Conference includes a Young Scientists Program with up to 10 Prizes and a corresponding Young Scientists Best Paper Competition with 3 Prizes.
