Introduction
ICCC 2023 is the 5th biennial conference organized by College of Engineering Trivandrum, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, focusing mainly on topics from Control, Communication and Computing. It aims to create a forum for technological exchange amongst researchers from academia, research laboratories and industries throughout the world to present the latest research findings and ideas in the areas of control, communication and computing. The objectives of the conference are to provide high quality research and professional interactions for the advancement of science, technology, and fellowship. Papers with novel and quality work are encouraged for submission. The technical program will include pre-conference tutorials, keynote lectures and regular technical sessions.
