Scope:The second International Conference on the Paradigm shifts in Communication, Embedded Systems, Machine Learning and Signal Processing (PCEMS 2023) will be held at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India during 05th - 06th April, 2023 in hybrid (both physical and vitual) mode. PCEMS 2023 is a flagship VNIT conference, conceptualized by the Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering, VNIT. It is focused towards providing a platform to the researchers to present their groundbreaking research work in the areas of communication, embedded systems, machine learning and signal processing. Papers containing the high quality original research works will be considered for presentation in the conference.
