Introduction

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly welcome you to join the 2023 Cross Strait Radio Science and Wireless Technology Conference (CSRSWTC 2023) in Guilin from Friday, 10 November 2023 to Monday, 13 November 2023. CSRSWTC has been taken place annually in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao since 1998. It is an extraordinary platform for idea exchanging in the field of radio science and wireless communications.

2023 CSRSWTC is co-organized by Guilin University of Electronic Technology，Aerospace Information Research Institute，Chinese Academy of Sciences，National Engineering Research Center of Dangerous Articles and Explosives Detection Technologies，Peking University，Guangxi University of Science and Technology and Yulin Normal University.
