Abstract
From the perspective of equipment composition, pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants are mainly composed of containers, pipelines, pumps, valves and other equipment. With the development of fault prediction and health management technology, nuclear power research institutions have conducted relevant research on key systems and equipment. As a key equipment in nuclear power plants, valves have a total usage of about 30000 units, and maintenance costs account for more than half of the total maintenance costs. This article proposes to conduct research on fault prediction and health management of nuclear power plant valves. By sorting out common valve faults, adapting advanced monitoring technologies, evaluating the feasibility of monitoring technologies, exploring intelligent algorithms that can integrate monitoring data, and seeking the feasibility of intelligent monitoring technology and health management for nuclear power plant valves, this article aims to improve the operational safety of nuclear power plant valves and reduce maintenance costs.
