Abstract
为了研究反应器一次主管泄漏过程中产生的声信号特性,声发射方法可以准确定位泄漏点。本研究采用空气动力学噪声模型 (FW-H) 和大涡模拟 (LES) 湍流模型对 3 个不同断裂尺寸 (2.5mm、5mm 和 10mm) 的泄漏管道进行数值模拟。得到了不同泄漏孔径的管道的流动状态、不同同轴位置监测点的平均声压级和功率谱密度(PSD)。研究结果表明,泄漏声信号的特性主要集中在 500Hz 以下的低频段。随着破损直径的增加,同一位置的平均声压级越大,泄漏特性就越明显。泄漏孔是从高声压级到低声压级的转折点。在不考虑系统噪声的前提下,两个传感器中心附近断口的定位精度最高,最大定位误差不超过1%,精度高。上述研究验证了声发射法对主管道完整性检测的可行性,并服务于工程实践。
