Abstract
A new fixation method for double "T" type quartz gyroscope is proposed in this paper. The main part of the gyroscope is suspended in the air through eight beams and four square fixing areas. This design can increase the fixed area of the gyroscope, thus reducing the difficulty of making the supporting parts of the package case, and effectively reduce the influence of the fixing method on the normal vibration mode of the gyroscope, improve the vibration performance of gyroscope. Through the simulation experiment analysis of three different fixing methods, the stress and charge of the detecting arm under the four-end isolated vibration fixing method are greater than that of the center fixing method and the four-corner fixing method, which proves the superiority of the new fixing method. Finally, the concrete size of the new fixed structure is determined by four sets of simulation experiments.
