1、Due to the limited number of hotel rooms, representatives who are unable to attend the conference due to unexpected circumstances are kindly requested to cancel their reservations so that other representatives can book rooms. Cancellation process (before October 27): Log in - My Dashboard - My Order - Cancel Order.

2、Please carefully review the relevant information before selecting a room. To ensure accurate reservations, representatives are requested to cooperate as follows:

1. Do not repeatedly submit reservation orders to avoid holding multiple rooms and incurring unnecessary charges.

2. Do not make duplicate reservations at multiple hotels to prevent losses.

3. Ensure that the check-in and check-out dates are accurate.

4. After successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent. You can also Log in - My Dashboard - My Orders - to view hotel reservation details.

3、Accommodation fees will be paid directly by the representatives to the hotel upon check-in, and the hotel will issue an official invoice.

4、If your travel plans change, be sure to cancel your reservation by October 27. If the reservation is not canceled and no payment is made for the reserved stay, you will still be required to pay the full reservation amount.
