Introduction
The 17th China Youth Innovation Forum will be held in Guilin, Guangxi from June 21–22, 2025. The forum centers on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Green Industrial Innovation & Development”, and addresses topics including artificial intelligence, scientific & technological innovation, carbon management, green innovation & development, and industrial upgrading.
The forum invites discipline leaders from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), renowned domestic and international scholars, and editors-in-chief of authoritative journals to support the vigorous development of youth innovation research in China and foster outstanding young talents.
Young scholars and graduate students in innovation research fields worldwide are cordially invited to participate, exchange ideas, and share research outcomes. Papers selected through anonymous expert review will receive certificates issued by the society and be recommended—based on thematic alignment and journal requirements—to Science of Science Research, R&D Management, and Science of Science and S&T Management. English-language submissions are welcome; top-recommended papers will be prioritized for publication in the international journal Innovation and Development Policy.

2. Only full-paper submissions qualify for oral presentation (subject to official notification by the organizing committee) and consideration for selective recommendation.
