2025年南海年会SCSAM2025

The South China Sea Annual Meeting series has successfully held 11 editions, hosted respectively by Xiamen University, Guangdong Ocean University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, First Institute of Oceanography, Ministry of Natural Resources, Hohai University, Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fudan University, Guangdong Ocean University, Jiangxi Normal University, Xiamen University (Malaysia Campus), and Dalian Ocean University. This edition marks the 12th meeting in the series and will be held at Southern University of Science and Technology from October 10–12, 2025. The conference focuses on multi-scale dynamic processes and cross-scale interactions in the South China Sea and adjacent waters; climate evolution and multi-factor regulation mechanisms of the South China Sea and Northwest Pacific; marine biogeochemical processes and their ecological effects in the South China Sea; evolution patterns and intelligent early-warning technologies for marine hazards; and novel theories, technologies, and interdisciplinary integration in marine science. Two academic formats—oral presentations and poster sessions—are featured, along with a dedicated Young Scholars Forum.
