International Convention on Quality Control Circles

The theme of the ICQCC 2007 is QC Circle- Popularization . Intensification . Innovation. Popularization-QC circle activity is effective for involv- ing staff in management, giving play to the wisdom and creativity of staff, and im- proving corporate competitiveness. We believe this convention will promote and popu- larize QC circle movement in every country and region. Intensification-conducting QC circle activities is an effective means of intensifying corporate competitive strategy. The intensification of QC circle movement will enable it to integrate better with mod- ern managerial concept and technology, thus imporving the effectiveness of QC circle activities. Innovation-QC circle activities will grow more innovative with times and create greater value for both organizations and individuals. Last but not least, China is one of the countries that are most active in practicing QC circle activities. This convention will not only enormously promote the development of QC circle activities in China, but also exert a huge impact on global quality progress.
