The conference is jointly organized by IEEE Control Systems Chapter, Singapore, State Key Laboratories of Industrial Process Control, China, National Engineering Research Centre of Industrial Automation, China, and IEEE Control Systems Chapter, Nanjing, China. It is technically sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society, the Technical Committee of Process Control of Chinese Association of Automation, and Zhejiang University. It aims to create a forum for scientists and practicing engineers throughout the world to present the latest research findings and ideas in the areas of control and automation. Hangzhou is renowned for its historic relics, and known as one of the most beautiful and liveable cities in China. The West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou is very popular and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
