The Second International Workshop on Regional, Urban, and Spatial Economics in China

The Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy (PLC) and the School of Urban Planning and Design at Peking University, with Growth and Change, Journal of Regional Science, Papers in Regional Science, Journal of American Planning Association are pleased to announce that we are organizing a two-day workshop on Regional, Urban and Spatial Economics in China on June 28-29, 2013 at Peking University. The first International Workshop on Regional, Urban and Spatial Economics in China was successfully held in Jinnan University, Guangzhou in June 2012 and attracted more than 100 paper submissions. Two special issues have been organized for Journal of Regional Science and Papers in Regional Science, respectively. The objective of this workshop is to further increase the visibility of regional science, urban economics, and spatial economics in China and to develop a stronger research network for top-level China focused scholars.
