ICEESA is a straightforward continuation of previous conferences organized by our school along many years. This conference is presented in a new dress to encompass all the African, European, and worldwide researchers to present their works in the field of Electrical Engineering and software applications. ICEESA 2013 is concerned in electrical energy, control, robotics, signal processing, computational and artificial intelligence, sensors and actuators, instrumentation electronics, industrial electronics, telecommunication, computer networks, internet and multimedia technologies.
