Introduction

International Conference on Educational Technology Management (ICETM 2026) will be held in Shenzhen, China from October 16–18, 2026. The conference is jointly organized by Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) and IEEE, and hosted by SUSTech’s Future Education Research Center. ICETM 2026 aims to bring together research findings and practical experiences in the field of educational technology management worldwide, promoting interdisciplinary dialogue, international collaboration, and innovative development in this domain. As the 9th edition of the conference series, it continues its long-standing tradition and covers broad topics including educational technology management, instructional design, learning analytics, educational software development and technology implementation — providing a high-quality international platform for researchers in educational technology.

Final paper submission deadline

All papers accepted after peer review, registered, and presented at the conference will be published in the ICETM 2026 Conference Proceedings and:
▪ Published by IEEE and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library;
▪ Indexed by major databases including Ei Compendex and Scopus.
In addition, outstanding papers will be recommended for extended submission to reputable journals such as the Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange and the International Journal of Information and Education Technology (both indexed in Scopus).

(I) Submission Methods
Online submission via EasyChair or email submission to icetm.edu@outlook.com. Email subject lines must clearly indicate paper type and relevant information.
(II) Paper Requirements
???? Length: Full papers (minimum 5 pages, maximum 6 pages, double-column format) are required for inclusion and presentation.
Extra pages beyond the limit incur additional charges.
???? Abstract-only submissions are permitted for presentation only (not published).
???? Formatting: Official language is English. All papers and presentations must be in English, using the official conference template (available for download on the website).
???? Academic Integrity: All submissions must be original, unpublished work. Plagiarism or other academic misconduct will result in rejection or retraction.
