2026 15th International Conference on IT in Medicine and Education — Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare and Education (ITME 2026)

2026 15th International Conference on IT in Medicine and Education (ITME2026) will be held in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, China, from November 20 to 22, 2026. This year’s conference is technically sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and jointly organized by Minnan Normal University and Xiamen University; co-supported by Shandong Normal University, Swinburne University of Technology, Guizhou Normal University, Wuyi University, Iwate Prefectural University, China Jiliang University, Wayne State University, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Minjiang University, Southern Fujian Science and Technology College, and Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology.

ITME2026 focuses on AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) driving reform and innovation in healthcare and education — i.e., Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare and Education (AI4HE). Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, Computer Science, Automation & Electronic Information, and IT in Medicine and Education. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society and indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex.

After the conference, selected high-quality papers will be extended and recommended to international SCI journals, such as IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine (IF: 11.2, JCR Q1) and Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (IF: 2.0, CCF Class C).
