The 9th annual IEEE International Conference on Automation Science and Engineering (CASE)

The 9th annual IEEE International Conference on Automation Science and Engineering (IEEE CASE 2013), sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), will be held from August 17 to 21, 2013, in Madison, WI, USA. IEEE CASE represents the flagship automation conference of the IEEE RAS and constitutes the primary forum for cross-industry and multidisciplinary research in automation. Its goal is to provide a broad coverage and dissemination of foundational research in automation among researchers, academics, and practitioners. The technical program of IEEE CASE will consist of workshops, invited talks, posters, and presentations. Papers, abstracts, and presentations describing original work on abstractions, algorithms, theories, methodologies, and case studies are invited. For the first time, the IEEE CASE will accept both full papers and presentation abstracts. Accepted full papers will be published in the proceedings. The conference theme is Automation in Practice.
