The 1st Chongqing Workshop on Computational and Applied Mathematics (CQWCAM1) (CQWCAM1)

The 1st Chongqing Workshop on Computational and Applied Mathematics (CQWCAM1) will be held in Chongqing University on 30 May – 2 June 2013. It is organized by the College of Mathematics and Statistics and the Institute of Scientific and Engineering Computing (ISEC) of Chongqing University in China. The goal of this workshop is to bring Chinese international experts as well as junior researchers to Chongqing for the exchange of theoretical and numerical results, new trends and future directions in some areas of computational and applied mathematics, including but not limited to 1. Partial Differential Equations and their Applications 2. Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing 3. Statistical Computing and Machine Learning 4. (Inverse) Scattering Problems 5. Theory and Algorithm in Optimization 6. Imaging Science
