Introduction
The DPF 2013 divisional meeting will take place August 13-17, hosted by the Santa Cruz Institute for Particle Physics on the campus of the University of California, Santa Cruz. We are planning two days of plenary sessions at DPF 2013 that will present the findings from the DPF Snowmass Community Planning Study as well as recent advances in particle physics, astroparticle physics, and instrumentation. This will include a general town hall discussion of the outcome of the study. Two days of parallel sessions will feature important new results in theoretical and experimental particle physics, including a dedicated poster session. A final day of summary plenary talks will complete the program. All of the plenary and parallel sessions will be convened in large lecture halls or classrooms on the UCSC campus. There are also a number of meeting rooms available for divisional meetings or organized panels during the week. Accommodations will be provided in two of the residential colleges with panoramic views of the Pacific. All meals and coffee breaks will be provided in common dining areas and lounges near the meeting rooms in order to foster extended discussions during the week.
