Introduction
The purpose of PCIC MEXICO is to bring together engineers, consultants and practitioners from all over the world, interested in the advances of electrical applications and technology related to the petroleum and chemical industry. This international forum is organized by the IEEE Industry Applications Chapter Morelos Section, Morelos Section of the IEEE and the IEEE Region 9. Colleagues of the planet will meet from 24 to 26 July, 2013 in Mexico City.
