Introduction

The Global Humanitarian Technology Conference (GHTC) was first held by IEEE in 2011 at Seattle. GHTC 2011 was a unique event with over 250 participants from 17 countries and a technical program with complete with keynote and invited talks, discussion sessions, numerous presentations, tutorials, exhibits and posters. Venue and Date: The first GHTC-SAS is scheduled for 23-24 August 2013 at Technopark, Trivandrum, India.
