The First ICITEA 2012 was lunched in Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2012 . The 2nd International Conference on Information Technology, E-Government and applications ( ICITEA 2013 ) is designed to provide a common platform to the experts and delegates to share their experiences, research ideas and discuss various related issues and challenges. The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Information Technology and e-Government, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted. We look forward to welcoming participants from across the globe and we hope that you will be able to join us. All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program . The conference will be held on October 22-23, 2013 in Istanbul , Turkey to focus on the frontier topics in Information Technology , E-government and its applications .
