First Workshop on Knowledge Discovery in Ontologies

This first edition workshop intends to promote the discussion about the automatic and semi-automatic construction of ontologies, a field of research that is usually referred to as ontology learning and population. Specifically, it focuses on the Artificial Intelligence contribution for such problems through techniques from the areas of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Automated Reasoning, Information Extraction and Knowledge Reuse.
