The 20th International Packet Video Workshop (PV 2013) is devoted to presenting technological advancements and innovations in video and multimedia transmission over packet networks, in particular wireless and Internet networks. The workshop provides a unique venue for people from the media coding and networking fields to meet, interact and exchange ideas. Its charter is to promote the research and development in both established and emerging areas of video streaming and multimedia networking. PV 2013 will be held in San Jose, CA USA on December 12 and 13th. As in previous years, the workshop will be a single-track event and welcomes paper submissions from both cutting-edge research, and business and consumer applications.
