2013 9th International Conference on Information, Communications & Signal Processing (ICICS) (ICICS 2013)

The International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing (ICICS) is a biennial event held since 1997. The main organizer of the conference has been the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Past conferences, some of which have been held outside Singapore, have attracted on an average 700 paper submissions by participants from different parts of the globe. We are pleased to announce that ICICS 2013, the 9th International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing (ICICS) will be co-organized by the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore and National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. ICICS 2013 will be held in the historic city of Tainan at Shangri-la Hotel, Taiwan from 10 - 13 December, 2013. ICICS is a biennial event held since 1997, and is an opportunity for researchers around the world to exchange ideas and latest research results in areas such as multimedia systems, information systems, signal processing, communications, networking and related fields. You are sincerely invited to participate in the conference by submitting papers and proposals for special sessions and tutorials.
