2014 16th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT) (ICACT 2014)

On behalf of the ICACT2014 international conference committee, I would like to welcome all of you to ICACT2014. It is a great pleasure for me to host this 16th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT2014) in Phoenix Park, PyeongChang Korea. The ICACT is annual international conference in the communications field, where all experts from home and abroad gather to present their work, and share new ideas and visions for achieving the future telecommunications age. The ICACT has been held annually since 1999, and also the last conference, ICACT2013, was successfully held with 215 selected papers in 49 technical sessions including 5 Poster Sessions, 3 Tutorials, and a Plenary Session with 3 keynote Speeches. All the presented papers have been registered in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and indexed by SCOPUS, EI Compendex, INSPEC, and Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), etc. The special theme of ICACT2014 is focussed on the “Content Centric Network Innovation!". I expect that the ICACT2014 will play a Pivotal role in order to make great contribution to make our world smarter and prosperous. I am very certain that ICACT2014 will be great significance to us all, and I hope you will enjoy both the technical excellence during the sessions and the recreational content at the beautiful winter landscapes of Phoenix Park in PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic place.
