Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits

he organizing committees of WOCSDICE and EXMATEC workshops are pleased to announce the combined 2014 events, to be held, from 10th to 20th of June 2014, at the European Cultural Centre of Delphi (ECCD) in the town of Delphi, Greece. In the relaxing atmosphere of the ECCD, located next to the famous archeological site of Delphi, you will enjoy the presentation of the most recent results on compound semiconductor materials, processing and integrated circuits. The two events have one day overlap. You can register to either or both of them. Affordable registration and accommodation fees are envisaged, in order to strongly encourage Ph.D. students’ participation.
