Introduction
On behalf of the symposium organizing committee, we invite experts to the 5th ISOPE Arctic Science & Technology Symposium. In response to recent great attention to Arctic climate change, shipping and resource developments, the 5th Arctic-2014 Symposium is being organized through collaboration of efforts among research organizations and industry. The symposium deals with topics on both land and offshore.
