SPE Unconventional Gas Conference and Exhibition

Organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the fifth edition of SPE Middle East Unconventional Resources Conference and Exhibition will be held 26–28 January 2015 in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. With the theme ‘The Journey of Unconventional Resources from Exploration to Successful Development’, the 2015 event will determine the criteria, challenges, and environment required for successful unconventional resources production and how it implicates the long term global supply of natural gas. The conference will recognise the increasingly important role and potential of producing unconventional resources is playing in the world energy mix. It will also look at challenges and opportunities that come with regional collaboration along with ways of optimising development in terms of cost, efficiency and effect.
