Introduction
The International Workshop on Telecommunication Networking, Applications and Systems, organized by the Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd will take place from 13th March to the 16th March 2014 in Victoria, Canada. The conference will cover areas like digital, smart, mobile networking & applications, broadband networking & applications, wireless, ad hoc, networks & applications, resource efficient & energy harvesting & application desgin, V2V, V2I and V2X wireless communications and intelligent transport systems (ITS) & application design.
