第八届电子商务与电子政务管理国际会议(ICMeCG2014)为来自世界各地电子商务和电子政务领域的研究人员、应用人员和政策制定者提供一个展示研究成果和开发活动的高质量交流平台。它旨在汇集学术界和业界的学者、专家共同探索相关领域的最新研究前沿，强调跨学科研究、创新性举措、方案和方法，使得互联网成为新型电子化社会的有效工具。ICMeCG2014将于2014年10月31日至11月2日在中国上海召开，由上海对外经贸大学、江西财经大学、中央财经大学和上海金融学院联合主办。 The 8th International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG2014) provides a high quality platform for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in e-Commerce and e-Government. It aims to bring together academics and practitioners to explore new frontiers of these areas - with emphasis on cross-disciplinary research, innovative initiatives, solutions and approaches to making the Internet a productive and efficient alternative for the new e-Society. ICMeCG2014 will be held during Oct. 31~Nov. 2, 2014, Shanghai, China, and be co-hosted by Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, and Shanghai Finance University.
