Introduction
You are cordially invited to participate in the 9th International Symposium on Soft Computing for Industry, ISSCI 2014, to be held in Kona, Hawaii, on August 3-7, 2014. ISSCI 2014 brings together researchers, and practitioners to present the latest achievements, developments, challenges and future research directions, both in theory and industrial applications, in various areas of Soft Computing. ISSCI 2014 also provides foci for scientific contributions while offering an opportunity to the participants to engage in stimulating discussions with colleagues who may have quite different application frames of reference.
