2014 International Experimental Biology and Medicine Conference

The Society for Experimental Biology and Medicine and Renji Hospital in Shanghai join forces to bring you this must-attend Stem Cell Research Conference. With the goal of translating the globalization of EBM to a worldwide membership for SEBM, the SEBM Council approved the opening of an SEBM/EBM China Outreach Office. With 50% of the EBM manuscripts coming from China, and the tremendous expansion of biomedical research in that country, it was the logical first location for an SEBM/EBM Outreach Office. One of the goals of the SEBM/EBM ChinaOutreach office are to increase the profile of SEBM and EBM in China and to meet this goal, a jointly planned annual international conference was held in Shanghai in 2013. Following our inaugural event in 2013, the 2014 IEBMC will be a three day conference again held at the Purple Mountain Hotel in Shanghai China on October 15th to 17th. The focus of the 2014 IEBMC will be “Stem Cell Biology and Human Diseases.” The EBM Associate Editor for Stem Cell Biology, Jian Feng, is co-Chairing the 2014 IEBMC Scientific Planning Committee with Wei-Qiang Gao serving as the other co-Chair. ;There will be workshops for students and post doctoral fellows on “How to Publish Your Manuscript” and on “Career Development”.
