This con fer ence aims to bring together Chinese researchers a round the world in all aspects o f graph theory, comb inatorics and related topics to share their recent research results with one another. Seven previous ICGTC / CCGTC's were held at Kunming in June 22-27 of 2001, at Taipei in June 15-19 of 2002, at J inhua in June 26-30 of 2005, at Taipei in June 24- 29 of 2007, at Tianj in in July 29-31 o f 2009, at Hsinchu in June 27-July 2 of 2011, at Changsha in June 27-30 of 2013, respectively.
