The conference of IEMI 2012 was held up in July, 2012, and the proceedings of IEMI 2012 was indexed in Jan., 2014; the conference of IEMI 2013 was held up in July, 2013, and the proceedings of IEMI 2013 was indexed in July, 2014. 3. As the indexing cycle cannot be fixed, for those who need EI index urgently, please take the uncertainty into careful consideration.
