Society of Indexers Annual Conference 2015

The first SfEP/SI joint conference will be an excellent opportunity for our large community of copy-editors, indexers and proofreaders to develop their professional knowledge, network and socialise, alongside international delegates from both societies. The conference will be held at Derwent College, one of the ten colleges that make up the University of York. Situated on the Heslington West campus, within walking distance of York city centre, the college offers a self-contained suite of conference rooms with accommodation just round the corner. Joining forces gives us the opportunity to offer a rich and varied programme. There will be a wide range of sessions, on aspects of editing, proofreading and indexing, on running your own business and on developments in the publishing world.
