This paper introduces the present situation of the construction of mobile learning resources in foreign countries, analyzes the mobile learning of open access resources to reveal and access methods, summarizes the Vocational Colleges of mobile learning resources construction present situation, as well as new media mobile resources in Higher Vocational Colleges and the significance of revealing acquisition.
