International Symposium on Advances in Cereal Science for Asia

为交流谷物科学研究领域的最新进展和前沿技术，两年一届的谷物科学国际会议（International Symposium on Advances in Cereal Science for Asia, SACSA2015）将于2015年11月5-8日在中国江苏扬州召开。 会议的形式类似于淀粉圆桌会议等，邀请谷物科学研究领域知名专家作专题报告，参会人数 300 人左右。会议旨在探讨谷物科学的新技术、新方法和最新研究成果，以及分析亚洲谷物学术研究和产业化之间的关系等。我们希望本次会议可以成为谷物科学家之间建立和加强学术交流与合作的理想平台，并大力推动亚洲区域谷物科学研究的健康、快速发展，从而可以提高农业产出、促进人们的营养和健康等。 To capture the rapid and exciting development and cutting edge technology in cereal science, the International Symposium on Advances in Cereal Science for Asia (SACSA2015) will be held on November of 2015 at Yangzhou, China. The format of conference will be similar to the Starch Round Table meeting, and the total number of attendees is limited to 300. The focus of the conference is to introduce the new technologies and methods and the latest research progress in cereal grain studies, and dissect the interface between Asian industries and institutional research. We expect that the symposium is an ideal forum to establish and enhance the academic communication and collaborations among the cereal scientists, and further cereal science research for a more productive agriculture, better human nutrition and health, and other benefits.
